Often a request will come in for a user account to be created to for reporting purposes across different buying agencies.
You can add an account to the main buying agency e.g. All Response Media Ltd.
Once the account has been created, visit the Admin section
- Click Admin
- Under Reporting Groups, search for the buying agency and click Manage
- A list of groups should appear underneath and you will need to select the group in question
- Click Edit Group
- Add the new user to the group and click Save.
