Help with logging into CARIA

CARIA security is very important and as such there are several authentication parameters that need to be considered when trying to login. 

Are you using the correct CARIA URL?

We have different URLs for different user types, here are details of each URL and the user type

• • https://ecap.peachmedia.com/ - Used by media buyers to book campaigns
  • https://cri.peachmedia.com/ - Used by creative and production companies to create copy rotation instructions

Have you forgotten your CARIA username?

If so, you will need to contact the CARIA support team for them to share your username with you. You can email cariasupport@peachmedia.com

Have you forgotten your CARIA password?

If so, you can click the forgotten password link on the CARIA login page, you will receive an email which will allow you to reset your password. 

You can't login as your IP address is not known to CARIA: 

Some companies using CARIA can only access the application from a known set of IP addresses, this is referred to as IP lockdown. 

If you are trying to access CARIA from an IP address that is unknown to CARIA and you have IP lockdown enabled you won't be able to login, this may happen when you are working away from your usual location.

They may be able to give you temporary roaming access to CARIA which will allow you to login from any IP address.
