How to link creative agencies to bookings

CARIA bookings can be linked to creative companies to assist in setting up copy rotation instructions. 

You can link creative agencies to by following these steps when you create a booking: 

1. Go to the "Campaign Header" page of the relevant booking
2. Select your client and product
3. Scroll down to the creative agency field 
4. Change agency from "Not Known" to the relevant agency using the dropdown list of agencies

Points to note: 

• You can only link a creative agency to a booking if the agency is listed as "Not Known"
• If the booking is already linked to a creative agency but the agency listing needs changing you will need to contact the CARIA customer success team
• You can also link creative agencies to bookings at any time, even after it has been sent provided the agency is "Not Known"
• Linking a creative agency to a booking after it's been sent will not create an updated version of your booking.
