Linking bookings for creative companies

CARIA bookings can be linked to creative companies to assist in setting up copy rotation instructions. 

All CARIA bookings have a unique approval ID number, creative companies can link themselves to bookings if they know the approval ID number. This number can be obtained from the media agency who booked the campaign on CARIA. 

If you have a CARIA approval ID you can follow these steps to search for a CARIA booking and if available link the booking to your company. 

1. Click on “View Inbox”
2. Click “Request Product Link”
3. Type in the CARIA approval ID number and press enter
4. A summary of the booking will become visible, if correct press “Link Product”

Once a product has been linked you will see all upcoming bookings in the inbox.
