Creative inbox booking filtering

Media agencies create bookings in Caria natively, however Caria also contains bookings that are created in external systems. 

Bookings from external systems can be used to create CRIs. To help find and utilise bookings from different systems into single CRIs we have implemented fuzzy matching across agency and client names. 

1. Go to your inbox and select a booking
2. If there are other bookings in your inbox similar to the one you have selected, they will be filtered and displayed so you can select and include them in your CRI.

Points to note: 

• The standard visibility rules for bookings still apply
  • Bookings must be within the next 28 days
  • Bookings must be sent final
• When Caria filters bookings, an icon will be displayed to indicate if a returned booking has been fuzzy matched. (see red highlight in screenshot below) 
• Caria currently filters bookings you are already linked to. Soon, this functionality will be extended to display relevant bookings you are not yet linked to, allowing you to link yourself to them and include them in CRIs.
