How to link yourself to an external booking in Caria

Media agencies create bookings in Caria natively, however Caria also contains bookings that are created in external systems. 

Creative agencies can create copy instructions (CRI) from external bookings. 

You can follow these steps to search for and link yourself to an external booking: 

1. Navigate to the CRI inbox
2. Click on "Request Product Link"
3. Enter in the external booking order ID or booking ID* and click search
4. Caria will return any bookings found and you can link yourself

*You will need to liaise with the relevant media agency to request the order or booking ID for the external system booking. 

If a booking isn't found you can submit a request to the Caria customer success team, please include all details you have for the booking including advertiser & product, media agency, date range, time length, station etc.. 

Once a booking link has been established any upcoming bookings will be visible in the inbox.
