Delinking bookings for creative companies

CARIA bookings can be linked to creative companies to assist in setting up copy rotation instructions. 

Creative companies can delink bookings from their company if they no longer need to issue copy rotation instructions for them. 

You can use the following steps to delink bookings: 

1. Click on “View Inbox” 
2. Locate the booking you don’t require and press the “Delink” icon
3. A warning message will display, click “OK” if you are happy to be delinked

Please note that linkings are established at the product level and not per booking. i.e. if you delink a booking it will actually delink you for all future bookings for the product. So if you are not responsible for issuing copy instructions for a specific booking but are still working on the product it is best to leave the link in place.
