The campaign header page is where you input high level booking information, such as; client, product, dates and timelength.
You should enter in details that are most common across the media owners you are booking with, you will be able to refine detail station or media owner prior to send.
Points to note:
- Mandatory fields are marked with asterisk
- The target audience you select should be the trading target audience
- Fields with a green eye next to them are made visible to creative companies for creation of the copy rotation instruction
- You can not change the client name once the booking has been sent
There are a set of optional fields that can be used to supplement the mandatory information supplied to media owners. Here are more details on each field and what can be entered:
- Campaign description is a free text notes field that is visible to both media owners and creative companies
- Creative agency note is free text notes field that is ONLY visible to creative companies who will be sending the copy rotation instructions on CARIA for your booking
- Barter agency - if creating a barter booking you can select which agency you are working with, this will be shared with media owners
- Purchase order number is a field you can use internally, it is not made visible to media owners
- Global notes is a free text notes field that is made visible to media owners
- Burst dates - you can select specific playout periods within your campaign date range, for example a week on week off campaign
