Creating BVoD Tags

The BVoD media owners need to match bookings, copy instructions and tags in order to set up and start VOD campaigns. CARIA handles the management of all three elements, allowing them to be linked in one system.

Follow these steps to create a BVoD Tag -

1. In the “Tags” tab, you can view all sent bookings for your clients. Use the filters to find the relevant activity.
2. To start adding tags, click on a booking or select multiple bookings for the same client and click ‘Add/Edit tags.’
3. On the Add/Edit page, enter tags for the appropriate BVoD media owners.
4. Once you’ve entered your tags, you can click ‘Save and send’ or simply ‘Save.’ Please note that you cannot send unless all tags are filled. If you don’t have tags for certain sites, delete them and you can always return to add them later.
5. Click on the tag status to preview the current tag for a BVoD supplier. You can also view earlier versions, along with the history of sends and receipts.

Note:

• If you’ve selected VoD bookings, the media owners you’ve booked with will be listed.
• You can always add or delete BVoD sites using the ‘Add Sites’ button or the ‘Delete’ option in each text box.
• For VoD bookings in CARIA, filter to display only VoD bookings.
• If you do not book VoD, use the filters to find the associated linear activity.
