How to flag programme finance bookings in Caria

Caria bookings can be set-up and contain programme finance budgets, you can indicate to a media owner if a budget is programme finance on the budgets page. 

Steps: 

• Create a Caria booking, complete all mandatory fields on the campaign header page and then press save
• You will be navigated to the budgets page
• Programme finance checkboxes are available to the right of the budget field, for media owners who have the feature switched on.  You can tick the box to indicate the budget entered relates to a programme finance campaign
• You can set a booking so that one media owner can be programme finance and another in the same booking is not   
• Save your booking and send it

Points to note: 

• Programme finance budgets can be ticked retrospectively, however media owner preference is for them to be checked when a booking is created
• You can report over programme finance budgets
• Programme finance checkboxes are configurable by media owner, not all media owners will have a programme finance checkbox available
