How to update clock information in copy rotation instruction

Clock numbers entered into CARIA for use in a copy rotation instruction (CRI) are stored in a library along with the copy title and any restriction information, if entered. 

Follow these steps if you need to update a clock number or the information associated with it:

1. Click on the "Admin" tab
2. Select "Maintain Copy Library"
3. Search for the clock you need to update and click "Edit"
4. Update the relevant information and press "Save"

If the clock number is contained within a pre-existing CRI, the clock data in the CRIs won't update by default.

Follow these steps to get the clock number details updated in the CRIs:

1. Go into the outbox
2. Click on the relevant CRI and press "Edit"
3. Navigate to step 1 "Edit Copy"
4. Search for the updated clock number in the Copy Library, select it and press "Add"
5. CARIA will display the following message: Clock number has already been added with different details./ The following information has been updated:/Title*
6. Press "OK" and the copy title for the clock number will be updated as per the library
7. Press "Save & Continue" and ensure you send the updated CRI details through to the relevant traffic depts

*Title will be replaced with the name of any field that has been updated
