How to select an external booking to create a copy instruction

Once linked to an external booking in Caria (i.e. a booking from another booking system, like Planet V) you can view it in your inbox and create a copy instruction from it. 

Key points to note about external bookings: 

1. They will be flagged in the inbox so you know which bookings are external and which are Caria-native
2. You can click on an external booking and view details of the booking, including which external system they originate from and the unique ID of the booking provided by that system
3. You can combine native and external bookings into a single copy instruction if you like

There are screenshots below which represents point 1 and 2. 

There are a few options when creating CRI: 

1. Select a single booking and create the CRI
2. Select multiple native bookings - you are restricted to selecting bookings for the same agency and client
3. Select multiple external bookings - you can select any bookings with no restrictions
4. Select native and external bookings - you will be restricted to only be able to select native bookings for the same agency and client, but you will be able to select any external booking along with native bookings

Once you have selected the relevant bookings in your inbox you can press 'Create CRI' and navigate to Step 1.
