How to add email contacts to an SVOD copy rotation instruction

You can send copy instructions to streamers via CARIA, such as Netflix and Amazon. The main difference to the process versus Broadcasters and Cinema is that you need to add the contacts for streamers before you send the instructions. 

Follow these steps:

1. Create your CRI as normal, select the streaming sites you require on Step 2 - Copy Relationships
2. Click "Save & Continue" and you will be directed to the outbox
3. A pop-up will appear listing the traffic departments your CRI will be sent to
4. Any stations or sites that require contacts to be added will display an "Add Contact/s" box
5. Click on "Add Contact/s" and enter in the relevant email addresses you want your CRI to be sent to*
6. Click "Save" and you will be directed back to the "View/Send" tab
7. Unsent CRIs that have valid email contacts in place will be selected by default and you can press "Send"
8. You won't be able to send relevant CRIs if you haven't added in email contacts 
9. Delivery of CRIs are tracked in CARIA, once sent you can click on each individual traffic dept listing and view delivery information on the "History" tab

*CARIA does not validate email addresses, please ensure they are entered correctly.
