How to enter music copyright information?

Irish broadcasters are responsible for providing music copyright information to the Irish Music Rights Organisation (IMRO). Failure to provide this information may result in penalty charges for the broadcasters. CARIA allows for the entry of copyright information by clock number.

This requirement does not apply to UK sales houses, as music copyright information is collected during the copy clearance process.

Copyright information is typically available by default for Irish creative agencies. However, if it is not visible to you, you can follow these steps to enter the copyright information for your clock:

1. In the Edit Copy step, click on the "Show more/less detail" dropdown.
2. Select the "Copyright info" option.

You can then enter the music details at the clock level.
