How to enter music copyright information?

CARIA allows for the entry of copyright information by clock number for all media owners, this information is mandatory when issuing instructions to Irish media owners. 

Irish media owners are responsible for providing music copyright information to the Irish Music Rights Organisation (IMRO). Failure to provide this information may result in penalty charges. 

UK media owners do not require music copyright information to be shared via CARIA as this is collected during the copy clearance process.

When creating a CRI if you are unable to see copyright information fields on "Step 1 - Edit Copy" you can follow these steps to enable the fields for each clock number: 

1. Click on the "Show more/less detail" dropdown
2. Select the "Copyright info" option

Additional fields will became available for each clock number where you can enter in copyright information.
