Sky have the ability to "Return" bookings to buyers if they are missing key information to set-up campaigns.
See below for details of the return workflow:
- Sky will "Return" the booking and add notes explaining why it was returned.
- The status of the booking will be updated and listed as "Returned".
- Caria will automatically notify the originating buyer via email that the booking has been returned. A notification will also appear on your Caria home page.
- The note entered by Sky will be visible in the booking.
- You can then update the booking with the required information, which will increment the version, and resend it to Sky.
If a booking has been returned and you have any queries regarding the required information or the notes provided, please liaise with Sky directly.
